Strange Rituals, New Interns, and What’s Ahead at PPM
There’s a lot happening at Psychedelic Pathways Magazine. With Issue 8 ready for readers, new internship opportunities opening up, and Global Psychedelic Week on the horizon, we have plenty to share.
Issue 8: Strange Rituals
Our newest issue, Strange Rituals, features seven articles, six of them created exclusively for Psychedelic Pathways Magazine. From interviews and personal reflections to a book review and brand story, this issue brings together a range of voices and perspectives.
It also features Andrew Weisse’s exploration of strange rituals and myths from the psychedelic underground. Issue 8 is available now, with single-copy and discounted annual subscription options.
Join the PPM Team
We're accepting applications for our Fall 2026 internship cohort! This is an opportunity for enthusiastic undergraduate students or equivalent candidates to gain hands-on experience with an independent publication and contribute to conversations around psychedelic culture.
Global Psychedelic Week
We're excited to be co-sponsoring Global Psychedelic Week, November 1–8. This global gathering brings together the psychedelic community through online and in-person events across more than 100 countries. We're looking forward to being part of the conversation.
Updates from PPM
Psychedelic research: We recently connected with evolutionary biologist Dan Kruger, PhD, whose survey explores public perceptions and experiences of psychedelics.
Horizons conference: PPM will serve as a media partner for Horizons: Perspectives on Psychedelics in New York City, sharing insights from the event.
Submissions: We're grateful to the writers and storytellers who continue to share their work with us. Original submissions help shape the magazine's evolving voice and bring fresh perspectives to psychedelic culture.
